Up to 2 pets per apartment. Weight Limit: 100 lbs Pet Fee $300.00 per pet. Pet Rent $15.00 per pet.

Upon your arrival, your pet will be warmly greeted by the courteous team at The Grand Reserve at Tampa Palms and shown some of the great living they can expect here. Schedule a playdate for your pup in the amazing dog park, complete with an agility course.
